Founder of Hyper Intelligence, an AI consultancy for business owners, mainly coaches, consultants, and service providers.
His positioning is deliberately unfashionable in a hype-heavy market: you don't need to understand AI to adopt it. No courses, no technical team, no six-figure transformation project. Just a roadmap connecting AI to what owners actually care about, hours recovered and revenue gained.
He works through two frameworks he owns: the AI Opportunity Matrix, which maps every AI opportunity in a business on impact versus effort, and a 5-step adoption roadmap that prevents the usual expensive mistakes.
He's also a HYROX athlete and a non-technical founder who built his own software, which turns out to be the most persuasive thing about him.
Aryan wasn't short on ability. He was short on distribution.
His 15,000+ Instagram followers were built around lifestyle content — engaged, but almost none of them buyers of AI consulting. He had no YouTube channel, nothing searchable, nothing a business owner could find when they typed "how do I use AI in my business" at 11pm.
And his market is confused rather than uninterested: 76% of small businesses are exploring AI, but only 14% have actually integrated it. That gap closes with education, not advertising.
Consulting also isn't an impulse buy. People hire the person they've watched explain things clearly for weeks. Aryan had no mechanism for those weeks to happen.
Content compounds. Rankings, subscribers, and inbound enquiries build over months, which is exactly why businesses that start now own their category next year.
We'll update this page with numbers as they land. We'd rather show you the system honestly than show you invented results.
If you sell something people research before they buy — consulting, software, a service, a personal brand, the same system applies.
Tell us what you're building and we'll come back with a straight answer on whether we can help.
